Using Our Website

Products and Descriptions
We sell scented candles for home fragrance. Each product page identifies the fragrance, wax blend, size, and included items. Check these details before ordering. Listed net wax weight excludes the container and shipping materials unless expressly stated otherwise.

Fragrance preferences and perceived scent strength vary between people and spaces. Room size, airflow, and candle care can affect the experience. Screen settings may affect how vessel colors appear, but products must match their stated descriptions. Styling accessories shown in photographs are not included unless specified.

Orders and Availability
Your order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or an obvious listing error affects your purchase, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the payment collected for it.

Prices and Payments
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and the full order total appear at checkout before payment. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order.

Changes and Cancellations
Email info@aspenmarkcommerce.com within 24 hours of ordering to request a change or cancellation. Requests depend on fulfillment status and are not guaranteed, even within that period. If your order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days after approval.

Delivery and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery areas, processing times, and transit estimates. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request period after delivery and explains return conditions and costs.

Candle Use
Read and follow the care and safety instructions supplied with your candle. Burn within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, combustible materials, children, and pets. Never leave a candle burning while sleeping or away from home. Do not move it while the wax is liquid or use a cracked container. Candles are home fragrance products, not food, skin-care products, or medical treatments.

Website text, photographs, designs, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Commercial copying or reuse requires appropriate permission. Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your Rights and Applicable Law
